THERAPY
Therapy doesn't have to be about fixing you.
It can be a space to understand you.
Therapy can offer a space to slow things down and explore what may be happening beneath the surface. You may be trying to understand patterns in how you think, feel or relate to others, questioning aspects of your identity or sense of belonging, or simply recognising that something in your life no longer feels right.

You don’t need to arrive with clear answers. We can begin with what feels most important to you and explore it together at a pace that feels manageable.

A quieter mind.
A deeper understanding.
A brighter you.
Your sessions
A regular time and space, just for youÂ
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place at the same time each week online. Telephone therapy is also available upon request. There isn’t a script you have to follow. Some sessions may focus on what’s happening in your life now, while others may lead us towards earlier experiences or patterns that have become clearer through our work.

We can regularly reflect on how therapy is feeling and whether it continues to meet your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to you.

"Therapy gives you the space to hear yourself more clearly."

My integrative approach
Drawing on different perspectives to suit you.
I work integratively, drawing on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches. This means I can adapt the way we work to suit your individual needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.

We might explore how past experiences and relationships influence the present, look at patterns of thinking or behaviour that may be keeping you stuck, or simply create space for you to speak openly and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

Person-Centred Therapy
A supportive, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, accepted and understood.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Exploring how earlier experiences, relationships and patterns may influence your present life.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and exploring new ways of responding that support meaningful change.
Languages Offered
Therapy sessions are available in English and Kiswahili, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in the language you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

Change is possible    when you feel understood.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear explanation of what’s wrong to come to therapy.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with how you feel about yourself, questioning who you are or where you belong, navigating difficult relationships or carrying responsibilities that leave little space for your own needs.
Sometimes there has been a particular change or loss. At other times, it may simply feel as though something isn’t quite right, even if it is difficult to put into words.
